This & That: Holiday bread
World's own Service

Farrell Family Breads has a great holiday loaf out this year -- an Italian fruit-studded bread.

Sweet and full of dried cherries, cranberries, currants and blueberries, the bread makes "fantastic french toast," says Tom Farrell, who starts baking at 6 a.m. each morning and sells the loaves from the Sterling Plate, 8034 S. Yale Ave.

Farrell Family Breads are also sold at Petty's, 1964 Utica Square, and Wild Oats, 1401 E. 41st St.
